Pricing

Start with one department. Grow from there.

Every engagement runs on the same Machine and the same standard. What changes is how much of the property we carry.

Engagements

Two ways in.

Every engagement is scoped in your LORD Audit and discussed one to one - we do not publish rate cards. The pilot is fully credited toward the property-wide engagement.

THE PILOT

One department, 30 days

Scoped in your audit

one department · 30 days · fixed pilot fee set in your audit

  • Your choice of department - golf, spa or dining on a resort; stables and trails on a ranch; event spaces, retail or services on your property. Whatever you run, we start with its strongest story
  • 1 full on-site shoot day, edit, calendar and posting
  • 12 finished pieces: 8 reels + 4 photo posts or carousels (roughly 3 per week)
  • Stories 3x per week
  • Monthly report at the end of the 30 days: baseline vs day 30 on reach, engagement, follower growth and inquiry signals
  • Fully credited toward the property-wide engagement

THE PATH: PROPERTY-WIDE

The whole property

Scoped in your audit

monthly · 90-day minimum

  • Every department your property runs - lodging, dining, golf, spa, stables, event spaces, retail and more
  • Weekly posting and daily stories
  • Multiple shoot days each month
  • Calendar, editing and monthly reporting included
  • One strategy, one standard, one point of contact across the property

We do not promise specific metrics or revenue results. Reporting ties content to inquiries and activity, measured against the baseline set in your audit.

The tiers

How scope maps to price.

The pilot sits inside Tier 01. The property-wide path is Tier 04. Most properties land in between - your audit is where we find the right size.

Tier 01

Signature

One department or one story, end to end. The pilot lives here.

Tier 02

Atelier

Priority departments, monthly calendar, on-site shoot days, posting and monthly report.

Tier 03

Flagship

Several departments as one brand: deeper calendar, more shoot days, closer planning.

Tier 04

Property-wide

Every outlet, season and event under a single strategy. The property-wide path.

Questions

Good to know.

Is the pilot really credited?

Yes. If you move to the property-wide engagement after the 30 days, the full pilot fee comes off it.

Why a 90-day minimum on property-wide?

Content compounds. The first month sets the baseline; months two and three are where the rhythm shows up in inquiries.

Can we flex scope later?

Yes. Tiers flex with your season. The standard never does.

What if we only want the audit?

Fine. The audit stands alone as a working document, whether or not we ever work together.
